Organic Rose water, Witch Hazel, St John's Wort, Arnica oil, pure oil and Aloe Vera and we have added Vegetable glycerine to our range.
These are all 100% natural, cruelty free and are made in the UK.

We also wanted to remind you all of our in store refill service on 10 Norwich Street, Fakenham.
You can bring in any container or buy one in store and refill with washing up liquid, Laundry liquid, Fabric conditioner, Toilet cleaner, Hand soap, Multi surface cleaner or we offer body cleaning refills too such as Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner.
All the refills are plant based, competitively priced and help to reduce plastic waste!

Hello everyone!
We would like to provide a friendly reminder about our in store refill station. Did you know The Larder at 10 Norwich Street, Fakenham offers a refill service for your household cleaning products including Washing up liquid, Laundry liquid, Fabric conditioner, Toilet cleaner, Hand soap and Multi surface cleaner. We also offer refills on Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner.

Simply bring in an empty container, it doesn't have to be one you bought from us and we will refill it for you at a cheaper price.
The aim of this is to reuse plastic, reducing the amount of single use plastic waste.
It's also cheaper as you don't have to pay for the plastic bottle when you refill!
Our range is called Ecoleaf, made by Suma. These are all plant based and smell fantastic!

We also would love to share our tasty range of quality chocolates including our new montezumer dark chocolate with almond!

This week we are pleased to showcase The Larder - a family run wholefood shop on Norwich Street that opened in 1973.

Hello everyone!

Did you know we sell a wide range of wholefoods, wholefoods are unprocessed foods closer to their natural state. This means they keep important nutrients you need such as vitamins, fibre and minerals. This helps to aid digestion, help you feel full for longer, provide steady, long lasting energy and reduce reliance on over processed foods with additives.
We sell Pumpkin, sunflower and linseed packed with healthy fats and fibres as well as helping heart health and aid digestion.
Natural fruit such as cranberries, prunes, dark flame raisins, Australian sultanas, figs, dates and apricots which contain natural sugars as an alternative to processed sugars.

We also sell porridge oats in jumbo and fine sizes as well as our deluxe muesli mix and apricots deluxe muesli.

We also have well over 100 speciality tea's. Why drink tea?
Tea is low in calories(great for weight balance) helps you stay hydrated, is a comforting drink that gives you natural energy lift without the crash and many of our tea's are packed with antioxidants!

Hello everyone, we hope you are well.

We would love to share some new products and remind you of our fantastic selection of essential oils. Did you know we sell over 50 different types of essential oils including Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lemon. These oils are organic, 100% pure and are cruelty free!🐇 They are also made in the UK.

We have Manuka Honey back in stock as well as a new Rain Forest Honey. These honeys support digestive health and aid the immune system. Manuka Honey is also high in anti bacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. Rain Forest Honey is high in anti oxidants.They taste great are soothing🍯!

We also have some new products from Lifeplan including Montmorency Cherry tablets, Triple source Magnesium, Zinc and Potassium. The Triple source Magnesium includes Magnesium Oxide, Citrate and Gluconate to aid the nervous system, help contribute to normal muscle function, maintain bone and teeth health and reduce tiredness and fatigue!

We also offer have an in-store refill station, meaning you can refill empty containers with household and body cleaning products, saving both plastic waste and money. This includes Washing up liquid, Laundry liquid, Fabric conditioner, Multi surface cleaner, Toilet cleaner and Hand soap. As well as this we refill Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner.
All you need is an empty container to refill, or buy one in-store to refill on your next visit!
