I’m often asked what I love most about being a Slimming World Consultant ❤️.

Here’s just a few of my musings:-

*Seeing members improve their health, and self confidence.
*Celebrating with members each week as they take another step towards their weight loss dream.
*Making new friends, and seeing members make new friends.
*Being inspired by truly amazing people every week.
*Experiencing the privilege of being entrusted to accompany each member on their weight loss journey, providing support and guidance where necessary.

Yes, I enjoy the flexibility of running my own business, but for me it’s all of the above replies and more. As a member I experienced for myself that Slimming World feel-good factor that losing weight together with a group of like minded people brought with it. It’s infectious, it’s dynamic, it’s exciting, it’s empowering, it’s life-changing, and I wanted more people to experience that feeling, and that’s what made me train to become a Consultant 😌.

Our ‘Woman of the Year 2026’ competitions were held in all our groups last week - 7 competitions and 7 fabulous winners 🥳.
We shared laughter and tears, experienced camaraderie and inspiration, and even enjoyed a bit of food 😊.
It reminded us that coming to group is so much more than stepping on the scales. It’s all about that support each and every member gives to each other in group - often unknowingly - that is vital for lifelong slimming success. Group is truly where the ‘magic’ happens!
