Arlene says thanks for the invite Walking Scotland to contribute on ideas for promoting strength and balance exercises into walking groups.

Hosted in a fabulous central venue for all, in historic Linlithgow Linlithgow Burgh Halls including a delicious lunch in convenient ground floor cafe.

Practised what they preach and walked around loch and palace after lunch before back to brainstorming ideas.

Excited to be part of something special.
