From the film 'Interstellar'.... if you haven't seen, a truly beautiful and thought provoking film. ... Films are one of my favourite escapes from the mundane when I feel it. My son is off to uni in a week... to study film and media. He's got a good library under his belt having me as a mum... unfortunately the amount of good films coming through these days is few and far between. I'm hoping to be watching one of his films one day ... an art that needs true artists in its realm😃🙌✨️

Such a beautiful swim tonight 😍 Greenbank, Falmouth...a stones throw from my house and my saving grace these past few weeks 🙏🙌 that water was positively holographic...I was on my back floating out to the boats looking up at that sky & totally intoxicated 💖 I might have a thick Yorkshire accent .. but I belongs down ere my'ansums. Magical ✨️🩵✨️

I had the most beautiful swim yesterday... in the rain, just me, a lively cormorant & a passing sailor who called me a mermaid 😃
I always find the transition from Summer to Autumn a little surreal and scatty at times..what I actually call it is 'the quickening'.. as in highlander!.. bolt's of lightning coursing through my veins 🤣🤣🤣 this could be for many reasons, and I have many, what some would consider wildly eccentric, theories on this. But whatever... despite these little quickenings... let's call them expansion...I can either contract in fear or be brave and embrace. I choose the latter always... I'll ride that lightning. My eyes may be in the stars, but I keep myself grounded in nature. The sea and the smell of trees, fallen leaves 🍂 🍃 A season of the soul is on our horizon 😍~of much beauty 🙏 And I choose to embrace the beauty & ride it 🙌

I love this book ... had many years, but it has a meditation for each and every day of the year. So I pick up time to time if I'm feeling the call & always poignant 🙌💚✨️
