Holistic massage is about tuning into what each person needs, exploring any tension held in the muscles and soft tissues and using sensitive techniques to encourage deep relaxation. We can work as gently or deeply as needed in a way that leaves you feeling softer and able to move more freely.

My good friend Anna came for a massage yesterday and we decided to do a little video : ) I hope it gives you a sense of the kind of flowing, deeply relaxing and releasing holistic massage I offer. I’ve been qualified for 15 years now and continue to deepen my practice with more Hands Free Massage Training. I really love the benefits massage can bring to your life, by creating a safe space where you can process emotions and let go of the tension you are holding. Evening all, I hope you all well.
I’ve been doing more Hands Free Massage Training recently and this video captures a bit of how we work.

The style is flowing and deeply relaxing, tuning in to the soft tissues and responding to areas of tension, gradually encouraging more softness, ease and range of movement.

By learning to sensitively use forearms and elbows, hands free massage allows me to deliver a lovely broad pressure that feels great and focused deep pressure without straining my own hands and wrists. It’s such a win win for my clients and for the sustainability of my career!

As a member of the Massage Training institute I do some training each year to develop my skills and this is definitely the best course I’ve done. If you’d like to know more please ask.

I work Mon-Thurs 9-3pm and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings

It’s lovely to have the sun streaming into the Green Room this week : ) I’ve got a couple of spaces tomorrow morning (Thursday 30th) at 9.15am and 10.30am if anyone needs a massage this week? I’ve just got back from some more Hands Free massage training where I’ve been refining my techniques so it’s a good time to come!
