Since opening in January we've had the pleasure of hosting monthly sauna workshops at and opening at at the start of May.
We look forward to returning to both — Trebah again in November and Grounded next year.

We're heading to Brighton for what promises to be a really special weekend. 👌
The UK's first sauna festival — 20+ mobile saunas on Brighton's iconic shingle beach for 3 days of sauna ceremonies, DJs, yoga, and incredible food. We'll be there representing Cornwall, taking our sauna and launching our new .co and botanical sauna tea blends. Come and find us on the beach!

We are so excited to be making Bedruthan Steps our home for the Summer!
This beautiful family-run campsite on the North Cornwall will be our base — where we'll be running hot and cold experiences, sauna ceremonies, and private hire sessions throughout the season.

BIG NEWS 🔥

I’ve been sitting on this one for a while… but it’s time to let the cat out the bag.

This May Bank Holiday, we’re heading to the 3rd Sauna Summit and will be part of the Sauna Village in Brighton — running from 29th–31st May.

We’ll be joining over 20 incredible mobile saunas from across the country.

And we’ll be driving the sauna all the way from the Cornish south coast to be there — a bit of a mission, but one that feels very worth it.

To be invited to be part of something like this is a big moment for us.

We’re bringing the full experience with us — heat, steam, and everything that comes with it.

Honestly, I can’t wait for this one.

These are extended 90-minute guided sessions set on the shoreline, combining heat, cold, and botanical ritual.

What a day ✨

Yesterday was special. The sun shone and the Helford waters were a beautiful blue.

I'm feeling super chuffed with how the ceremony unfolded.

Everything came together beautifully! especially the botanical blends. 😉👌

Really looking forward to seeing what's to come with this sauna journey I'm on. :)

There’s something special about creating these spaces, watching people drop in, unwind, and connect.
Today had that magic 💫

So grateful for everyone who showed up and shared it with us. ❤️🙏

Hey everyone — just dropping in to share a little more about my upcoming sauna ceremonies on March 28th and April 25th 🔥

These sessions are centred around the healing power of plants, infused into the steam through carefully selected botanicals. We’re incredibly lucky to have such a rich abundance here — from eucalyptus to mugwort and everything in between.

Each infusion is chosen with intention — to restore, protect, energise, and deeply relax. This isn’t just a sauna… it’s a guided ceremony, designed to help you reset both body and mind.

We’re also incredibly fortunate to be hosting these sessions at Trebah Garden — an award-winning coastal garden, nestled on the edge of the Helford River. It’s a truly special setting, where you can move between heat, nature, and sea… with the option to take a cold dip in the river between rounds 🌊

🔥 Introducing the Mobile Hot Box 🔥

This one’s been a long time coming.

I built the Mobile Hot Box because I wanted to bring sauna closer to the things I love — the surf, the sea, and being outdoors. I wanted something that could go anywhere and everywhere, from coastlines to car parks, from gyms to gardens, and make sauna more accessible to people here in Cornwall.

This is an 10-person, wood-fired sauna on the back of a flatbed — simple, mobile, and built with intention. No frills, just good heat, good people, and good places.

I also want to say a massive thank you to Without their support, encouragement, and belief in the idea, this wouldn’t have happened.

This is just the beginning.

Pop-ups, private hires, surf sessions, and some very exciting things on the way.
