Introducing my new clinic space, in Wickham Square.

I am currently the sole Chiropractor, and also Paramedic.

I am not your usual chiropractor, I will not click and twist you. I will work with the muscles and joints, focusing on pain relief and function.

The clinic space is not your average clinic. This beautiful 400 year old space brings calm, a space to focus on you.

This week's feedback highlights the importance of what I am trying to do...

Give people time and space to be heard.

This gives the opportunity for me to join the dots. Something that can't be done in a quick 10min appointment.

In some cases, symptoms people have had for years, which have been brushed over, now make sense.

Sometimes helping patients understand what's going on in their body is just as important (if not more) than the physical treatment itself....

Suitable for all ages....

Yesterday, my 84-year-old grandfather came in for an appointment. He experiences general stiffness in his lower back, which often leaves him feeling unable to stand fully upright and uncomfortable when moving around.

The bench I use has the ability to bend at the hips, this makes getting on/off and laying on the front more comfortable for those with osteoarthritis in their low back.

Whilst chiropractic care cannot reverse or cure osteoarthritis, working with the joints and surrounding muscles can help improve comfort, mobility, and overall movement. My grandfather left feeling more comfortable and able to stand much straighter than when he arrived.

As I use the McTimoney chiropractic technique, alongside a range of soft tissue therapies, there is no forceful twisting or clicking involved. This gentle approach makes treatment suitable for people of all ages.

I genuinely love helping people stay active and comfortable as they get older, and I'm fortunate to work with many patients in their later years. Seeing the positive difference treatment can make to someone's quality of life is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
