❤️✨ From Healing Myself to Helping Others: My Journey of Transformation 💫

My Journey to Where I Am Today.
For over 15 years, I worked in the spa industry, a career I was passionate about and deeply invested in. However, my journey took an unexpected turn when I experienced a severe allergic reaction, resulting in eczema, extremely swollen eyes, and significant discomfort.

I visited my doctor and was prescribed steroid creams. However, when I went to collect my prescription from the chemist, it wasn’t available. At that moment, I had a thought that would ultimately change the direction of my life: I was going to give my body the time and space to heal naturally. ✨🤍

I began exploring natural creams, self-healing and, most importantly, learning to truly listen to what my body was telling me and asking of me. I realised that, for a long time, I had been suppressing the signals my body had been giving me. I made the difficult decision to step away from my work and allow myself the time I needed to heal.🧖🏼

It took around six months for my skin to heal naturally, but that period became so much more than a physical healing journey. It gave me the opportunity to slow down, reflect and discover a deeper passion for holistic wellbeing.

Then my husband, gave me the encouragement and confidence I needed. He said, “Why don’t you start your own business and offer what you feel passionate about doing?” That simple suggestion was the push I needed—and, of course, it also earned him the official title of my PA! 😊

I went on to open my own Etsy shop, offering remote healing sessions to clients all around the world. Today, I am incredibly proud to have built a successful business with over 550 five-star reviews, as well as a wonderful community of regular clients.🥰

I now offer holistic treatments that support people on their own wellbeing journeys, helping them to feel more balanced, inspired and connected. I also love sharing energy healing and encouraging people to learn more about themselves and their own wellbeing.
Helping and supporting others comes so naturally to me, and it gives me an incredible sense of fulfilment. It genuinely brings me so much joy to see people benefit from the work I do.💫

And something I never imagined I would be doing… teaching yoga!

With my husband's continued encouragement, I took the leap and began teaching at a local club.

The feedback from members has been incredibly heartwarming.

My experience has taught me that sometimes the biggest changes in life come from the moments we least expect. Listening to your body, following your intuition and having the courage to pursue what you are passionate about can open doors you never knew existed.

So, if there is something you dream of doing but lack the confidence to take that first step, give it a go. Believe in yourself, take that leap and you might just surprise yourself with where it takes you.✨🌷
