Procedure done today and all went well.
Now taking a little enforced rest before returning to work towards the end of February.

Currently comfortable and optimistic… but we’ll see what tomorrow brings 😅
Keeping things gentle and following orders for a while.

No heavy lifting, squatting or funny business for a while 😉
