Tuesday was the first time in a while I’d stepped away from my desk.

We’ve been rebuilding the website, so networking has slipped. I’m so glad I made the exception. Daniel Priestley was as sharp in the room as he is on The Diary of a CEO, and it was great to get a fresh set of eyes on building my own brand. He loved the title of my book, How To Overcome The Bully In Your Brain, and shared lots of useful tips for my next book!

Thank you to the ActionCOACH Portsmouth & Chichester team for the invite, and to everyone I spoke to on the day. Genuinely good people and useful conversations.
