A Summer Solstice Women’s Circle ☀️

Celebrate the peak of the sun, honor your growth, and connect with a community of awesome women!

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year—a sacred time of peak abundance, radiant joy, and full expression. Just as nature is in glorious, magnificent bloom, you too are being called to step into your full power and shine your brightest light.

This ceremony is a celebration of self! Everything you are, have been and everything you look to create. We celebrate this through Ritual, movement, reflection, connection and art!

Together, we will slow down, celebrate our journeys, and welcome the warmth of the season into our hearts.

✨ What to Expect:

* Solar Fire Ritual and cacao ceremony: Safely release old, limiting beliefs and ignite fresh intentions for the months ahead. Enjoy the heart opening, warming and healing powers of cacao.

* Workshop on exploring your authentic self.

* Celebration of self vision board: Weave fresh ideas, motivations, expressions of self to your board as we celebrate who you are.

* Reflection & Journaling: Celebrate your personal "harvest" and the beautiful things you have grown since spring.

* Guided Light Meditation: Connect deeply with your heart space and amplify your inner radiance.

* A fun yoga flow to connect, move and promote joy. Releasing stagnant energy and finding our presence we lift this circle with an energising yoga flow.

* Tea and cake

🌿 What to Bring:

* A journal and a pen
* A water bottle
* A natural item to add to the alter (think summer flowers, leaves, pebbles etc)

Yoga With Kate summer stomp 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Come join me and the Yoga With Kate community for a fun day out in the New Forest.

First lets connect, rest and revive with a little Yoga in the woods (08:45am-09:45) before setting off at 10am on a 1.5 hour walk into Burley.

Burley has a range of shops to explore, a bakery, ice cream parlours, pubs, restaurants.. a cute little village full of whimsical character..

Then we head back on a circular Route back to the campsite car park another 1.5 hour walk.

Car parking:
There is a car parking charge of £8 for over 4 hours stay. Please consider car sharing 🙏

New 'Foundation' - 5 week yoga course!

Finding balance on and off the mat starts with the 'foundations'.

Join us for a 5-week journey into the Yamas—the ethical heart of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

This course is designed to bridge the gap between ancient philosophy and modern movement, giving you tools to live with more intention and ease.

New to yoga? Thats not a problem, this course offers beginner variations, tips and tricks and a slow student mentality experience of movement. Allowing you to adapt and find your flow, your way.

What to Expect:

Each week, we dive into one of the five Yamas, weaving their wisdom into a complete physical and mental practice:

🌸Dynamic Movement: Build functional strength and heat through purposeful sequences.

🌼Deep Release: Improve your flexibility and mobility to feel more spacious in your body.

🌿The Breath: Dedicated breathwork (Pranayama) to regulate your nervous system.

🍃Stillness: Guided meditation to integrate the teachings of each Yama.

The Journey:

Week 1: Ahimsa (Non-violence) – Cultivating kindness and finding your "edge" without force.

Week 2: Satya (Truthfulness) – Aligning your practice with your body’s honest needs.

Week 3: Asteya (Non-stealing) – Preserving your energy and staying present.

Week 4: Brahmacharya (Energy Moderation) – Finding the balance between effort and surrender.

Week 5: Aparigraha (Non-attachment) – Letting go of the "perfect pose" to find true flow.

5 week course -
Please note I am on holiday from 13th - 21st June, so there will be no yoga on in this week.

A moment of peace, connection and movement in walpole park this morning...

What a beautful way to end the week. Our first Park Yoga Gosport class was this morning and it was a delight to teach. Park Yoga offer free 1 hour classes, on the green at Walpole park at 09:30am.

It was great to see a few of you yogi's out there this morning.

New Womens Health class!

*Yogalates With Kate*

Starting 22nd April, every wednesday 6pm-7pm.

This class helps to support you through peri-menopause and Menopause.

This is a small women only class, where the focus is on building confidence in resistance training, gaining strength and balance.

This is not a gym or a reformer pilates class, this class is for those that want to build strength in a small community that support one another. To learn how to move safety in a mat based flow. To be guided by the breath and learn how to use resistance bands to enhance strength.

A perfect combination of yoga and pilates to create a perfectly balanced class. A class where the east meets West. Collaborating the gentle stretching of yoga and the core building strength of pilates to craft a class built for the ever-changing body. One which respects the power and strength in growth and equally the natural need to rest, digest and relax.

This is a brand new class, so everyone is a beginner :)

Not long now.....

Step into a sacred space, where you have the freedom to seek wisdom, personal growth, share experience and truths. This is a ceremony to bask in the feminine divines creative flow, to be free of judgement and sit firmly rooted in who you are.

“Women’s circles are a gathering of women, for women. These sisterhood meetings give women a safe space to connect, share, and empower.”

'Trust' falls on the spring Equinox weekend and guides this circle with intention, looking to ground us into what is important before we begin the summers journey to grow. Circles are a sacred ancient tradition, used by our ancestors to connect and heal. You can expect laughter, creativity, tears, spiritual offerings, connection and joy.

'Trust' allows us to organise our busy minds, grounding us into what's important. Learn how to develop a positive relationship with yourself and begin to trust in your actions. Flowing together in a creative workshop to better understand ourselves and our priorities.

What to expect:

Explore how to build trust through a workshop before enjoying a heart warming Cacao Ceremony to connect to the intention of the moment. Then allow the magic of the heart opening cacao to move around your body with a grounding yoga flow, before diving deeper into an explorative breathwork to find peace and truth. Finally we begin to relax, unwind and melt into a heart felt meditation before slowly opening our sharing circle. For our creative therapy session we will be painting a mandala, whilst enjoying tea and cake.

As you enter the building there will be the optional opportunity to have your energy cleansed with a smudge stick. You are entering a sacred energetical space which will have been cleared in set up.

-Cacao Ceremony, journaling and intention setting
-Grounding yoga flow
-Breathwork
