🌸 Celebrating 15 Years of the Lotus School of Reiki 🌸
There are moments when you stop and realise just how far something has come.
This year marks 15 years of the Lotus School of Reiki! Fifteen years of teaching, learning, practising and sharing the beautiful healing art of Reiki.
And this weekend felt like a particularly special milestone.
We welcomed nine new Reiki Masters onto the path. Nine wonderful people who have each travelled their own unique journey to arrive at this point. To have nine students reach Reiki Master level together feels like a real achievement. Even Dr. Usui, the founder of the Reiki system we know today, initiated only 19 students to Masters level.❤️
For me, this weekend was also a moment to acknowledge Carrie Rossiter at The Lotus Retreat for her incredible commitment to the healing arts over so many years.
Although we no longer hold our Reiki courses at the Lotus Retreat, having moved around the corner to the beautiful Studio Faringdon on Marlborough Street about a year ago, the Lotus School of Reiki remains very much part of the Lotus family and its story.
We’re also incredibly grateful to have found such a lovely new home for the courses. The Studio gives us a beautiful, spacious place to gather, learn, practise and share Reiki; and it has already become a very special part of our journey.
Over the years, the Lotus Retreat has become much more than a place to learn Reiki. It has grown into a real hub for healing, wellbeing, high-quality treatments and transformational courses here in Oxfordshire, creating spaces where people can come to learn, heal, connect and grow.
I feel incredibly proud to be part of that story.
Fifteen years of Reiki teaching is a beautiful legacy; and seeing nine new Reiki Masters step forward this weekend feels like a wonderful continuation of that journey.
