⚡️ PHASE 1: SPRINT TESTING WITH ATFC WOMENS⚡️

Kicking off our performance testing with Aldershot Town FC Women’s… and these girls are RAPID. 🔥🔥

Some seriously impressive times recorded through the sprint gates — the speed in this squad is no joke! 👀💨

Sprint testing forms Phase 1 of our performance testing package, giving us objective data on acceleration and top-end speed that we can use alongside Phase 2 testing in clinic.

A great session with the girls, and we’re incredibly proud to continue as ATFC Women’s Sports Therapy & Physio Partner for another season. ❤️💙 they've put in the graft pre-season and it shows!

We’re excited to see what this season has in store for them — definitely a team to watch. 👀⚽️
