Slimming World Farnborough Tuesdays 9am & 10.30am I’m Avril, the Farnborough Consultant. At Slimming World I learnt how to adapt meals to fit the plan and lose weight.

Where would you like to be this time next month?

Not in a “perfect” place… just better than today.

A little stronger.
A little more consistent.
A little more proud of yourself.

Because the truth is — a month will pass whether you take action or not.

So what if, instead of waiting for motivation, you decided to show up anyway?
On the days it feels easy… and especially on the days it doesn’t.

Small choices, repeated daily, build real change.
The walk. The run. The food shop. The water. The early night. The “no thanks.”

Nothing extreme. Just consistent.

Start now. Stay with it.
And in a month’s time, you won’t just wish you had… you’ll be glad you did.
