Got any empty jars? We’d love to have them!🫙🫙

We’re collecting empty jars with lids of any size to help our Whetstone Road day service make delicious pickled onions to sell as part of our fundraising efforts.😇

All money raised will go towards supporting our day services for adults with profound and multiple disabilities, helping us continue to provide meaningful activities, opportunities and experiences.🤲

How you can help: Donate any empty jars with lids (please make sure they’re clean and in good condition). Spread the word and help us reach more people.

Our students had a wonderful trip to Twickenham Stadium, the home of England Rugby.🏉🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The tour guide, Bill, was very informative and gave us a chance to visit the England changing room, walk through the players’ tunnel, go pitch-side, see the Royal Box and VIP areas and explore the World Rugby Museum! 🏟️

It was a great day out to spend time together and experience the history of rugby, thank you for having us.😁

To get into the Autumn feel this year, our Salisbury Grove service has been participating in the harvest festival. 🌽🍂

Thank you to the families who contributed by donating vegetables that our students were able to make different soup flavours with. They made a delicious carrot and parsnip soup, roasted butternut squash soup and leek and potato soup, perfect for keeping everyone lovely and warm as it’s starting to get colder outside.🥣🌬️

We want to say a huge thank you to The Square, Camberley for inviting us to the official opening of the Community Corner, where you can play a game of table tennis, enjoy the soft play area, swap a book, meet up with friends and, if you run a local group or club, book the space for free.📚🏓

We’re especially proud of the art group at our Medway Drive service for creating this amazing piece of art. After many weeks of hard work, it has now been installed in memory of our much-loved student, Ian Clarke, to be enjoyed by all those spending time there.❤️

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and baked some lovely treats for our community café at St Mary’s Church. It was a great morning connecting with those in our local community. With all your support, we raised a lovely £125.47 the lovely garden club at our Mytchett service.❤️

This really benefits our students to be included in group activities and use all their senses from smelling plants, being able to feel different textures or simply just get outside for some fresh air.🪴🌸

This week, we were delighted to exhibit at the amazing Naidex Roadshow South 2026 at Farnborough International.💜🧡

It was a brilliant opportunity to meet people from our disability community, share more about Parity’s services, and learn more about what is needed to create greater inclusion and accessibility.

We also had the chance to hear from some fantastic speakers and gain valuable insights from across the sector.

Our staff and students who attended also said it was a great experience, with lots of informative and inspiring exhibits.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to speak with us. We hope to be there again next year!
