Starting my journey with Reiki, I was struggling to conceive and found this wonderful hands on healing helped me not only relax but focus on something amazing. I then discovered Reiki & Seichem, which brings in the other elemental healing energies of Fire, Air and Water alongside the Earth Reiki. Once attuned I realised I’d discovered what had been missing! Reiki Siechem worked so much better for me and I knew I would go on to teach this wonderful healing system. I’ve been registered with RASA as a Master Teacher since 2016. Using the wonderful energy of Reiki (Earth Element) we combine it with the higher frequencies of Seichem (From Ancient Egypt – channelled by Patrick Zieglar and Kathleen Milner)- pulling in the other elements to make a complete elemental healing system, Sakara (Fire), Angeliclight (Air) and Sophi-El (Water) each energy is intelligent and will work with your higher self to leave you feeling balanced and lighter. Sakara works with clearing any energetic blockages that may be stopping you moving forward or making you feel out of balance. This ancient hands on healing was bought to us in the early 2000’s by Carol Stacey. Here we work with the pink ray of light and pink celestial Angels that corresponds with the heart centre, releasing all fear-based thinking and negativity, opening us up to truth, love and compassion. Helping us to understand and recognise our true essence which is pure unconditional love. Its very beneficial for those suffering from emotional pain and trauma as it helps to reduce stress, anxiety, tension and fear. This starts with a short card reading to assess where you need guidance and healing using the 25 Egyptian Cartouche cards by Murray Hope. Depending on the outcome of the reading, we then call on the Ancient Egyptian healing archetypes such as Horus, Bast, Thoth etc to bring in healing that you need right now to help you with the questions that came up during the reading. You also get to keep a copy of the cards that were used to represent the energy in your healing for their talisman attributes. Using the energies of crystals, which pre dates Ancient Egyptian & Atlantis times, in this therapy you will lay on the couch and relax, I then tune into your energy field and am guided which crystals to use. These are placed around the couch or under the couch, sometimes I may get you to hold one while you relax. These are adjusted as your aura absorbs the energies of the crystals. This therapy can be combined with the others. Spiritual & Trance Healing
Spiritual & Trance healing is a simple and supportive therapy that aims to bring balance to mind, body and soul as well as to stimulate the body’s own natural healing ability. Healing is complimentary to all forms of treatment as its non-invasive. While Healing in all forms is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to have a session. In fact, it is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. The difference between Spiritual healing and Trance healing is the medium’s state of consciousness. In Spiritual healing the medium is opening to channel spiritual energy and is very aware of what is going on and can communicate with the guides. With Trance healing the Spirit team will conduct the healing utilising the mediums physicality while the medium is in an altered state of Consciousness. You may require a chaperone to be present if you choose a Trance healing session. I am registered with the CNHC so you can trust that I meet and follow the UK wide Government standards for a safe and competent practice and comply with the National Occupational Standards set out by the PSA. Before you come I clean and cleanse my room and put fresh linen on the couch. Then sit with my guides for about 30 minutes to establish a connection to you, decide which crystals we will work with (optional) and pull a few oracle cards for any messages and guidance for you (also optional)
To begin your session we will have a brief chat about how the treatment will run, what to expect, side effects and any concerns and if you haven’t already, fill in a consent form. Then you’ll get comfy on the couch, close your eyes, lights will dim and relax! If opted for I will help the relaxation process by playing a few of my sound therapy instruments over you, these help clear any blockages in your aura and balance your chakras. We then begin your chosen treatment, I’m guided by the energy and what you need so it could last between 30mins to an hour, sometimes longer. Once the energy has worked it’s magic I will gently wake you and offer you a glass of water and we’ll have a discussion on what came up during your treatment and also go through the cards that were chosen for you (optional). I’ll also gift you with a crystal to continue your healing at home once you’re fully grounded and ready to leave (also optional and dependent on your needs).
