Juliet is a therapist with 20 years of experience. Her work is grounded in an anthropological and evolutionary understanding of what it means to be human. Rather than trying to override the mind, she works with the body and nervous system, recognising that real change only happens when the conditions are right for it to settle.
Her approach is built on the idea that much of what we struggle with isnโt dysfunction, but mismatch - modern lives sitting on ancient biology. Here, the focus is on creating enough safety, awareness, and capacity for something to shift naturally.
