For many years I have held meditation groups. They were amazing! I found much joy in bringing people together to learn and grow, each bringing to the table something very special. Then covid hit and created many changes with it.
I have always said that I would like to take people deeper on the meditation and self development journey so now I am really enjoying doing just that, with my dear friend and colleague Sam Foreman of Belfire Moon Creations. Together we are the Shanti Sisters, we create magic with Song, Sound and Spirit - weekly on zoom, in person monthly, various events and our retreats. We look forward to bringing together community and helping people on their journeys along the way 🥰

I realise I have been rather quiet on here for sometime. Family events have taken my time and focus, as I'm sure you understand as many have had challenges to work through. What has really helped is singing with Sam Foreman, so we are collaborating our skills to create a healing workshop to benefit others.
