At PCAS, we’re proud to celebrate Pride Month and recognise the importance of creating an inclusive environment for everyone we work with and support. This year, we continue to champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across our teams and in the services we provide. Our commitment to treating every individual with dignity and respect is deeply rooted in our company values, and it guides the way we collaborate, communicate and care. We value diversity, support equal rights and are against any form of discrimination. Pride Month is a meaningful reminder of the ongoing work needed to ensure that every voice is heard and every person feels welcome — and we’re dedicated to playing our part all year round.

Mental Health Awareness Week 💚💚💚

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week – a reminder of how important it is looking after not only our physical wellbeing, but our mental wellbeing too.
Here at PCAS Kent, we know that mental health affects everyone differently. Whether someone is supporting others, working behind the scenes, balancing family life, studying, or simply managing the pressures of day-to-day life, mental wellbeing matters.
As a company, we are proud to have a diverse team of people who bring different skills, experiences and strengths to their roles every day. We recognise the importance of creating a supportive, respectful and understanding workplace where people feel valued and able to talk openly.
Sometimes, checking in with a colleague, taking time to rest, or simply asking someone how they are, can make a real difference.
This week encourages us all to continue those conversations, support one another, and remember that its okay not to be okay.

We all had an ‘eggcellent’ time on our easter farm event. It was certainly a fun packed day and weren’t we lucky with the weather. There was so much to do when we got there, the owl flying demonstration almost took our hats off, whilst the Alice in wonderland magic show had us laughing and wondering at the same time. But those animals needed feeding so we grabbed our bags of feed and made our way to the sheep, alpaca’s and goats to give them there lunch before we stopped for ours at the tea rooms. We wanted to hear all about the baby lambs and watch the bottle feeding before we hit the gift shop, and for some we managed to sneak in one last tractor ride before we head home.
