🌟 NEW STARTS 🌟

A HUGE milestone today as my little girl started Reception at a brand new (to her!) BIG school!

Lots of tears were shed… from Mummy! 😂😭♥️ But watching her take those brave little steps into something completely new reminded me that new starts can feel scary, exciting and emotional all at the same time.

And isn’t that exactly how starting your Slimming World journey can feel too?

Walking through the doors for the first time, stepping on those scales, meeting new people and making that decision to put yourself first can feel like a BIG deal.

Every journey starts somewhere. Every fresh start is an opportunity. And you never know just how amazing the next chapter could be!

✨ 6½ STONE LIGHTER! ✨

WOW! Just look at this incredible before & after!

Our amazing member Ruth has lost an incredible 6½ stone and has been at Target since January! 🎯

What an achievement and what a transformation! ❤️

From the before picture to the after… the difference is incredible, but it’s the confidence, happiness and feeling amazing that really shines through!

Heres what Ruth has to say:

‘You don’t realise how far you have come on your weight loss journey until you see photos from a year ago, it’s definitely not easy to lose weight, I’ve struggled a lot of years with my weight but I’m finally happy with how I feel and my health is definitely 100% better for this too. My Featherstone Community Centre Slimming World is where I go every Wednesday night, we are all there for each other and support each other, so if anyone is struggling and feels they need help please come and join us on a Wednesday night we would love to see you ###’

So much hard work, commitment and determination has gone into this journey, and you should be SO proud of yourself Ruth! 🌟You are such a valued member of our group and inspire us weekly!

What an incredible achievement!! This is a special one!

A HUGE congratulations to our amazing Wendy, who has been maintaining her Target for 3 years after losing an incredible 3½ stone+ with Slimming World!

Three years of staying focused, coming to group week in week out, inspiring every single one of us, making choices that work for her and showing that this really is a lifestyle change, not just a diet!

Wendy, you should be incredibly proud of yourself - 3 years at Target and your dream weight is absolutely amazing! 🌟

One of my favourite group nights of the year!!

Tonight in group, we’re celebrating our amazing Woman of the Year and, of course, ALL of our fabulous women in group! 💕👑
Every single woman in our group has her own journey, her own achievements and her own reasons to be proud. And am I proud of every single one!

Tonight is about celebrating EVERY SINGLE PERSON - their strength, their determination, their progress and everything they bring to group week in week out! The friendships, love, support and inspiration!

There’ll be plenty of smiles, celebrations and a delicious taster to enjoy too! 😋💗

But it’s not just about what you can see… it’s about how you feel too. More confident, happier, healthier and proud of how far you’ve come!

Triple whammy for Cheryl!
