A WOMAN who once struggled to climb the stairs at work says she has finally got her life back after losing an incredible seven stone without weight-loss jabs or pills. Emilie Heeks, who works at Boots in Worcester, has become the cover star of Slimming World’s September magazine after transforming her health and confidence.
The 26-year-old says the journey helped her go from dreaming about her wedding day to walking down the aisle feeling happy and confident. Now, she hopes sharing her story will inspire others to believe that small steps and perseverance can lead to life-changing results. 💙👇

There are many reasons I love sharing Slimming World with people , and the positive impact on families is top of my list . My children were raised with a great understanding of a healthy balanced diet and the benefits of being active because I found Slimming World in my early 20's .
