What an incredible and unforgettable trip away with at the lululemon Ambassador Connect 2025 🍋🧘‍♂️

Hearing the stories of dedication and personal sacrifice from all of the other ambassadors - each giving back to their communities in heartfelt ways - just made me realise what an inspiring group of people I had the privilege of spending time with.

Thank you to and for doing everything behind the scenes to make the two days in Manchester so memorable.

And it was a great first outing with . Excited to collaborate together and chase after more trains in the future!

Mid-September sees the return of .werise with his Transformative Breathwork and Soundbath workshop to the pod.

You will get the chance to take part in an engaging, energising and experiential style of breathwork that can help free your nervous system from stress that has accumulated within your body. There is also the potential for it to make you feel more connected to yourself and gain a wider perspective on life’s challenges.

A lot of these positive effects are led by the technique’s ability to switch off the front part of your brain, where the inner self-critic lives. So you get to notice what it’s like not to have that part of your mind make decisions on your behalf, even if only in part and for a short period of time. That realisation, alone, can be profound.

You will then be brought back down to Earth by the grounding influence of various instruments in an effects-driven soundbath, to enhance the cocoon-like, protective feel of the pod.

So join James next month, whether you are returning to or are entirely new to this style of breathwork. See you then!

BREATH + SOUND combines two of my favourite practices: A 30 minute session of an engaging and releasing form of conscious connected breathwork followed by a 20 minute soundbath to bring you back down to Earth.

Yes, there’s a chance it can lead to emotional release, though not always. If it does, I explain that:-

a) Any form of release is beneficial for your nervous system.
b) Emotions often arise without any context, so not necessarily attached to any memories.
c) Emotional release is a very physiological response and should be thought of as a physical need.
d) You’re in a room full of like-minded people.

I always describe this type of practise as an opportunity to put on your own oxygen mask first, because this session is a chance for you to prioritise your own needs.
