Things look a little different in my treatment room! Im healing really well and I’m planning to get back to work next week but for the time being I will be offering reflexology treatments only (as I can sit down!)

So today I took a little tumble and fractured my foot.. 🙄 I will contact you all individually if you have an appointment booked .. I’m not sure how long I’ll be out of action for at this stage, but you’re all lovely and I know you’ll be supportive 💕xx

A beautiful weekend of walking in the countryside.. note to self, take more water, snacks and sunscreen if you’re doing a 10 miler in the heat.. 🥵

I hope you all had a lovely Easter break. We took ourselves to Devon for the weekend. Plenty of walking. It was very cold, but the scenery made it worthwhile. ☺️
