You might be wondering what a puffin has to do with stopping va**ng...
In this instance, quite a lot!
Earlier this year, I worked with a client who wanted to stop va**ng. After years of smoking and va**ng, and living with COPD, he knew he needed to make a change if he was going to achieve something important to him.

The island is famous for its puffins and seals, but it also involves a climb of 87 steps. He wanted to give himself the best possible chance of enjoying the day rather than worrying about his breathing.
A few months later, I received a message from him. Attached were these incredible photographs of puffins and seals.
He'd made the trip, achieved his goal, and he was creating memories with his son instead of being held back by an old habit.
One of the things I love most about my work is that change isn't really about what people give up, it's about what becomes possible when they do.
