Deborah Enrici - House of Holistics Scotland This page is for anyone open to alternative holistic medicine That’s why energy work is so important.

Hi, I’m Deborah, I am the heart and soul behind House of Holistics Scotland, so I help people release emotional blocks, reconnect with themselves, and make lasting change to their lives—all without needing to explain or relive their past. I truly believe that what happens to us doesn’t just stay in our minds but it’s stored in our bodies too. We need to release what’s stuck, not just mentally but

physically and energetically as well if we want lasting change. I’m a certified trainer in Silent Counselling, which is an incredible technique that works with your body’s energy to release trapped emotions very fast!. I use it with all my clients, and I also teach it in training events throughout the year, helping others add it to their own healing practices or use it for personal growth. I also offer Sound Healing sessions, and Akashic Record readings. My goal is always to help people let go of what’s holding them back so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and freedom. If you’ve been feeling stuck or know there’s something more waiting for you, I am available for 1:1 sessions or If you are interested in becoming a Silent Counselling Practitioner I also offer training events throughout the year. Some of the issues Silent counselling can help with are:

Stress,

Anger,

Resentment,

Trauma,

Sometimes it’s about helping the body remember what safety feels like again.

Our collarbone has a Meridian point that connects to our kidneys.

In Energy Medicine, the kidneys are often associated with the energy of fear, survival stress, isolation and not feeling safe.

Prolonged fear, insecurity and survival-based stress can quietly exhaust the body over time.

When we spend long periods in “survival mode,” the body may begin to feel like it’s constantly on alert, always bracing, always preparing, always scanning for danger even when the danger has passed.

This can show up as:

• feeling overwhelmed by small things
• always expecting the worst
• struggling to switch off or rest
• exhaustion that sleep doesn’t seem to fix
• feeling disconnected, unsupported or alone
• holding tension in the chest, shoulders, jaw or body

The body remembers what the mind tries to move on from.

Pls reach out and let’s release all the fear that’s blocking you from truly living and feeling peaceful 🫶🏼

Sound has always been medicine.
Sound has always been ceremony. Long before sound baths became a modern wellness experience, human beings across cultures had already been using sound for healing, restoration, prayer, and connection for thousands of years.

Humans have used sound to regulate themselves throughout history through drumming, chanting, humming, singing, rhythm, and ceremony. In Indigenous traditions, this understanding was never new. It was part of daily life and sacred practice.

Our medicine men and women used instruments not simply to create music, but to invoke guidance, carry prayers, support healing, and restore harmony within the individual and community. Sound was understood as something that could reach places beyond words.

Traditional Indigenous and Native healing practices often involved an interconnected relationship between rhythm, breath, intention, and vibration.

Healing was viewed holistically.
Imbalance was not seen as affecting only the physical body but the emotional, spiritual and mental as well.

Human beings are naturally rhythmic. Breathing has rhythm. The heartbeat has rhythm. Brain activity moves in rhythmic patterns.
Throughout nature, systems synchronize with one another. In sound healing, repetitive and sustained tones may encourage the body toward states of relaxation, regulation, and restoration.

Today we know that sound can influence the nervous system. Research increasingly suggests that immersive sound experiences may help activate the body’s relaxation response, slowing breathing, lowering stress responses, reducing tension, and encouraging shifts toward parasympathetic states associated with rest and restoration.

Our ancestors may not have used words like nervous system regulation or entrainment, but they understood rhythm. They understood restoration. They understood vibration. They understood that sound carried medicine.
I simply continue carrying those teachings forward through the work I do today.

9 THINGS YOU’LL PROBABLY NEVER KNOW IN LIFE

1. Someone out there once fell for you… and never told you
Not every love story is spoken aloud. Some people quietly carry feelings they never had the courage to express.

2. A stranger once noticed you and smiled
You may never realise how your presence brightened someone’s ordinary day for a brief moment.

3. Someone still remembers a small kindness you probably forgot about years ago
Tiny acts of kindness often stay in people’s hearts far longer than we imagine.

4. You have probably helped someone survive a difficult time
A conversation, message, hug, or simple act of support may have mattered more than you will ever fully know.

5. Your name has appeared in conversations you were never part of
People think about you, mention you, and remember you in places your mind will never witness.

6. Someone defended you when you weren’t in the room
Not everyone who values you says it directly. Some people protect your name quietly.

7. There is someone who still smiles when they see your message or remember you
Even if life moved on, your existence still carries warmth in someone’s heart.

8. Your life silently inspires people around you
The way you survive pain, keep going, stay kind, or continue trying motivates people more than you realise

9. Someone is grateful you exist, even if they never say it aloud
Your presence may feel ordinary to you… but to someone else, it has been comfort, hope, or light during dark moments.

The beautiful thing about life is this:
you will never fully know how deeply your existence has touched other people.

When we’re kids, everything feels personal.

Our brains are still figuring things out, so we naturally see the whole world through our own little lens.

That’s why, when someone shouts at us, ignores us, rejects us, criticizes us, or makes us feel like we’re “too much,” “too emotional,” or “not enough”… we don’t think, “That adult is having a hard time.”

Instead, we take it all inside and think, “There must be something wrong with me.”

And that’s often where shame is born.

Not because we were bad kids, but because we made sense of the pain in the only way we could at the time.

If that shame never gets healed, we carry it with us into adulthood.
It quietly shows up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, emotional shutdown, overthinking, self-sabotage, rocky relationships, fear of rejection, constantly needing validation, or turning to addictions…

all the ways we try to prove we’re worthy.

At its core, shame whispers:
“I’m not enough as I am.”

That’s why healing isn’t just about positive thinking. It’s about finally feeling safe enough in your own body to let go of those old emotions, beliefs, and survival patterns you’ve been dragging around for years.

Because so many of our addictions and coping mechanisms aren’t the real problem, they’re just what we’ve been using to avoid feeling that deep, aching shame underneath it all.

If this resonates and you’d like support to begin healing these old wounds, I’d be happy to work with you in a 1:1 healing session.
Just reach out whenever it feels right 🫶🏼 or via my website ###

People want ways of healing and overcoming emotional or mental challenges to make logical sense before they convince themselves to experience it.

But not everything powerful can be fully explained with spreadsheets, statistics, science labs and endless analysing.

Chinese and Energy medicine has existed for thousands of years because the proof was always in the results.

Sometimes healing is simpler than we’ve been taught.

Sometimes the body already knows exactly what it needs.

You don’t always need to endlessly retell the story.
Sometimes you need support to release what the body has been holding onto.

That is why working with the body, its energy system and meridian points can feel so profound.

Not because it’s “magic”.

Because the body is intelligent.

I’d love to show you just how intelligent your body is!
