So… our poor little boy Rocky (a.k.a. The 7H wannabe ‘Therapy-Dog’) is back in the cone of shame! 😔🐶❤️‍🩹

After rupturing his left knee last summer and spending 12wks recovering in a crate, he’s only gone and done the other knee! 🥴

2 days ago he had the exact same surgery and the long road to recover begins again… ❤️‍🩹

Many of our 7H clients often make a special request to say hello to him when they visit us, and we’re never quite sure who enjoys it more, the clients or the dog?!

Sadly though, he won’t be able to greet anyone for the next couple of months whilst he patiently recovers. Although being a crazy little Terrier, patience isn’t one of his strongest traits!

If any of you feel like sending him some virtual healing energy (we know lots of you are gifted in that department!), we know that he’d really appreciate it. ✨❤️‍🩹✨

Thank you for all the love you show him, he really is one lucky little boy and he will be back to meet & greet you all again soon enough! ❤️

✨ Lovely messages left in our guestbook yesterday from both returning clients and a new client. ✨

We never ask anyone to write in the book, it’s just a nice ‘old-school’ touch in this modern world we live in.

It also makes a great read for us and for our clients too, whilst they enjoy exclusive access to our studio, relaxing post-float with their complimentary drink/snack.

✨ Today was a very special day at The 7H Studio as we unveiled & added the final brushstrokes to our new seasonal canvas, created with the wonderful Penny from Pen'NysArte & her unique concept of The Signature Canvas (the alternative to a guest book!) 🎨🧑🏼‍🎨💛

This painting completes our collection of four large canvases painted by Penny, that we rotate throughout the year as the seasons change.

Our new ‘Summer’ canvas is especially meaningful. Not only does it capture the beauty of the Summer Solstice at Glastonbury Tor, but it also marks an incredible milestone for us… today is our 5th Birthday at 7th Heaven! 🎂5️⃣

What makes this canvas truly unique is what it represents. It’s a celebration of all the beautiful souls who have been part of our journey over the past five years. Every visit, every conversation, every smile, every moment of trust & connection has helped create the magic that is 7th Heaven. All of the ‘guest-brushstrokes’ added in the forefront were suggestions by our members & regular clients, added on their behalf by myself (Sarah) & Penny! ✨🫶🏽✨

As we look at this painting, we’re reminded of how grateful we are for the amazing community that has grown around us. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey so far. ❤️

This special piece will be on display at The 7H Studio until 21st September, when it will be replaced by our beautiful Autumn canvas, also created by Penny. 🧡🍂

Here’s to five wonderful years & to all the connections, growth & magic still to come. ✨🙏🏼
