This weekend is set to be a hot one, so please make sure you’re protecting your skin.

Cover up where you can, wear your SPF daily and reapply religiously to keep your skin protected, especially if you have laser treatments booked.

Sun exposure and tanning will make laser treatments unsafe and may mean we need to postpone your appointment.

If you have an upcoming treatment and have been exposed to the sun or developed a tan, please contact me to reschedule.

Don’t be! 🪒

During the patch test appointment a lot of my clients are worried that shaving their facial hair will make it worse. This is a myth.

Razors cut the hair off at an angle so it can feel coarser to the touch, but it doesn’t actually stimulate new growth.

After one session of laser we see a little reduction and a slow in growth which really helps keep on top of visible facial hair.

I often recommend clients buy a facial hair trimmer as opposed to a razor, which is kinder to the skin and can be used as much as needed whilst avoiding skin irritation. 🪒
