So happy for Elise as she reached a new milestone recently , completing a tattoo on herself, a practice and tradition that all real tattooists have done
It may seem somewhat archaic and unnecessary in todays world , but by doing this, she pays respect to the profession and to her future clients.
This is the test not only of commitment to the craft but also to see if all the months of hard work tattooing onto practice rubber skins have paid off , she will now know if her technique is good enough by observing not only how the tattoo looks whilst being applied( skin trauma , excess bleeding etc ) , but also how it heals ,which is ultimate proof of technique
