This lovely lady shared her journey and I just had to share it too.
Her reason for losing weight wasn’t to get into a certain dress size or hit a number on the scales. She simply didn’t want to be approaching 40 and still struggling with her weight like she had throughout her 20s and 30s.
Working within the NHS in Pharmacy, she understood the importance of looking after her health and decided it was time to make herself a priority.
The results speak for themselves:
