Introducing… YWD Academy ✨💼

If you know me, you know this has been a long, long time coming. It’s something I have spoken about since the start of my career and I’m so happy to finally be able to share this next chapter with you all.

After 7 years of dedication and building a reputation, I am now expanding my work by opening a training academy, where I will teach aspiring and current artists the skills, standards, and artistry that shaped my own success. YWD academy will reflect both mastery of craft and a passion for helping others build their own careers.

Times have changed and new techniques have been introduced which is great! but the versatility of ombre brows will always win 🏆

We aren’t so much in the bold, blocky & dark era however, we want results that will stand out and last once healed 🙌🏼 these will significantly soften, creating a fluffy look.

Spring dump 🌸🌼🌷

April & May is always a very busy time of year for me. Balancing business and pleasure is not the easiest, sorry I’ve been a little quiet. Here’s a small snippet ✨

• My son turned 7 🥲
• I am a step closer to 30 😯
• My daughter turned 3 🥲 (fun fact: our birthdays are in the same week)
• Boosted my lovely clients brows after 18 months ✨
• My sister turned 40! Gorgeous celebrations we had 🤍
• Our family holiday in Cyprus. My son found a ⭐️🐟
• My little mama who’s attached to my hip 😅
• Had a margarita in a 🍍 at Nissi Beach
• The view of Nissi Beach 🏝️
• My son after a pool day (he was obsessed!) 🌊
• My daughter dressed up ready for the evening antics 🦋
• The view from our hotel - so stunning 🌴
• My SIL caught me off guard in front of the sunset 🌅
• A combo brow on my darling client ✨
• My niece turned 18 🥹
• Rare selfie all tanned 🤪
• A healed fluffy brow ✨
• Half term! (Again?) We spent lots of time outdoors as well as inside. All about the balance

The hairstrokes you see are all individually drawn and tattooed on. If you have fair, sparse eyebrow hairs and are looking for a slight enhancement then this is the technique for you.

I recently trained in nano hairstrokes with and what an amazing masterclass it was.
Although I been in the industry a little while now, I must say, this technique humbled me 😆. It’s so important to never stop learning 🤍

I have spent countless hours mastering the ombre technique, it’s almost like second nature to me 😍
Although an ombre is pretty much built in the same way, it can be adapted to your liking. For instance, it can be bold & defined or it can be misty & airy. I’d say that it is the most versatile technique and what a beauty it is. You know I love a good close up so you can see what’s really going on 😉
