I offer Reiki, Sound Healing, Chromotherapy Therapy, Crystal Healing and Chakra balancing or various combinations of all, based on each client’s specific needs. After an initial consultation we will choose which method of treatment is best dependent on what y

ou wish to gain from the treatment. Reiki is a subtle energy which can be used to treat a whole range of things, some of which are:

There really is something special about Sound Bath evenings. ✨

This month’s session was another beautiful evening of relaxation, connection, and a chance to simply switch off from the chaos of everyday life. Every month I look around the room and I’m reminded how lucky I am to welcome such a wonderfully diverse and friendly group of people. Whether you’ve been coming for years or it’s your very first time, everyone is welcome.

My August Sound Bath will be taking place a little later than usual, on Tuesday 25th August, as I’ll be away on holiday. Booking is already open, and I’ll be getting everything finalised before I head off, so if you’d like to join us, I’d recommend reserving your space sooner rather than later.

I can’t wait to see some familiar faces and welcome some new ones too. 💜
