I have some exciting Sound Bath events and collaborations for you in Sept.

As the seasonal wheel begins to turn towards the equinox, a balance point within the astrological calendar, we naturally begin to turn more inward.

The energies of autumn beautifully support this inward movement, making it a perfect time to slow down, listen deeply, and journey on the waves of sound.

Vocal Toning Circle and Sound Bath
Saturday 12th September -10am

In times of great upheaval and uncertainty, it can be deeply nourishing to gather in community with shared intentions.

When we come together as a group, we harnesses and magnify the energy and impact of what we are offering. In this circle we’ll explore vocal healing sounds and tones followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath.

An opportunity to free our voices and offer pure, unedited sound- Sounds from our hearts offered into the hearts of each person attending, into the collective and Mother Earth.

Together we will co-create an organic intuitive soundscape, allowing whatever wants to be expressed to flow through us. One collective beating heart.

No one has to sing on their own. It’s not about how “good”your voice is. It’s about presence, connection and purity of intention.

I have three evening sound baths in Sept.

As the days get shorter there becomes a turning inwards. An opportunity to nurture and nourish yourself for an hour.

An opportunity to be in community afterwards drinking teas and eating some Kheer and fruit whilst you ground the initial phase of the session.

Let the Sounds do the talking, do the work for you as you lie down and receive the calming, healing frequencies from the instruments and my voice.

A letting go. A letting in. A surrendering to the Sounds.

Another lovely day at a care home in Dymchurch offering a group sound bath and some 1-1 sessions.

I get so deeply touched offering these sessions. It’s wonderful to witness the impact of Sound in the eyes, the smiles and the energy fields of the beautiful souls who attend.

Whether non-verbal or verbal in communication, Sound transcends language.

It’s a felt experience offering an individual guided sonic laser beam of light, love and healing energy into the hearts of everyone who receives the medicine of sound.

Deeply touched. Deeply grateful.
