Took some of my altar creatures into the woods yesterday to play and get some time in nature :)
I can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon than playing and being in nature! Added bonus of infusing that goodness into my altar as well!
I feel like the world is becoming increasingly heavier, and play has never felt more important to me to release some of those heavy feelings and connect to my inner child who is perhaps the most wounded by the state of current affairs! I happened to take my daughter along to play this time, but I also make sure I carve out time to play when she’s not around too!

What is the compulsion to keep tiny bottles and jars, despite the fact I rarely get a chance to use them? 😂
We had a big clear out of the kitchen cupboards this week and we finally decided we were never going to consume these, and I couldn’t let the bottles go just yet, perhaps we can use them in one of my women’s circles! If you’ve got some spell inspiration I could use these for, let me know!

I cut the video at 2 mins before as insta told me it’s just not the done thing 😂 here’s the full version of my ramblings… Perhaps it shows my own self depreciation that I’m perceiving these novels this way, but when you start to strip back the layers from society telling us how we should see the world, you start to see the wounding in everything! And we don’t have to buy into that narrative anymore

Some of what I do is in person in Folkestone, Kent, and I have recently transformed a room in my house dedicated to this, but some is also online so I work with a diverse range of people from all over the world 🌍 I love to bring people together and plan on putting together online events to support well-being and spirituality using my yogi and coaching skills, as well as my love of the mysteries🧘‍♀️
