I have been very quiet on the Teaching Yoga front last year but focused on completing my Psychology of Kindness and Well-being at work PG Cert.

Just over a year ago I had returned from a lovely retreat with Mayfly Mavens, who continue to stay in touch and offer lots of great opportunities for self development, many free 😊 so please check them out
