We love doing Ear curations and styling, swipe to see some examples of the planning we do with our customers to work out placements for new and existing piercings and the possible jewellery selections.

You may thinking what exactly is an ear curation, well its planning all your ear piercings into one cohesive look , from where the piercings are in relation to one another, giving space so each one can shine but together they fill the ear in a nice formation.
Aside from the piercing placements, jewellery choices play a big part in bringing cohesion look together. Whether its the colour of the metal, gemstones or the shape of the designs, every piece should work well with the others pieces. It's not quite matching everything but more like a puzzle where each piece of jewellery sits perfectly with the others.

This week Sam had the pleasure of doing a beautiful wedding ear curation for bride to be Sarah .
She wanted the ear curation to be based around the stunning Vivienne Westwood pearl earrings her husband to be gifted to her on Valentines day.

Studio News:

If you didnt know our street, Cheriton place, has now been closed due to the ongoing road works in Folkestone, as such there is no parking outside the studio!
This will remain in place until Friday 24th April 😒
The street is still open for pedestrians, but anyone who is driving to see us, free parking is available in Sainsbury's carpark for 2 hours max which is just behind the studio and sometimes if you're very lucky Sandgate Road may have parking spaces..
We will be open for the duration of the closure and hope it doesn't effect our business too much.
Please reach out if you want to visit us but need help navigating the road closure.

Conor just did a restock of these gorgeous plant based insense sticks .. but this time he got every scent in the range.. just to make it even more impossible to choose the one you want!!

Pretty floating Navel pierced freehand by Conor.

We typically suggest floating navels if the anatomy of the belly button isn't ideal for a standard navel piercing.
A belly button that is deep or collapses when sitting down can constantly pushed the jewellery out of it's position , making it irritated, sore and unable to heal.
More often than not an incorrectly pierced navel will start to reject and migrate from the skin, which can lead to scarring and skin discolouration.

This lovely lady was worried she was too old to be getting her ears pierced!!
We said as we always do, there's no such thing as too old , do what makes you happy, age is just a number, dont let it define you!
Happily she took our advice and after 12 weeks she returned to the studio and Sam got to fit beautiful Marquise gem clusters from into her healed lobe piercings ..
They fitted perfectly and we think they look amazing 😍

As promised some flash sheet designs by Codie for our walk in days this Friday the 13th and Valentines day the 14th ..
All designs will be £45 each, availability will be from 12 o'clock on both days and will be on a walk in basis, unless timeslots are pre arranged directly with Codie. Other designs can be drawn up, again please message Codie directly with your ideas 💡
