Affirmations was started in 2016 and to this day whether I am performing healing, crafting stock, selling on my stall or generally offering advice or guidance, this is my true passion. I love to be in nature, re-energising myself, collecting ideas and taking

Another beautiful morning, stay hydrated folks. We have a blue moon on 31/05/26, this is when it is the second full moon in the lunar calendar month. Another chance for setting intentions, associated with letting go, forgiveness, closing chapters, shedding toxic or negative habits, bringing a bridge between past and future, a time of potential. Are we so busy we are not taking the time to listen to the sound of silence? We live in such a world today that if we are not doing something- it must be wrong. Why not try today find a quiet place -in your home, garden, or even in the forest or local park, and just sit and listen in silence to, to the sound of silence.
