Meet Lisa
Lisa came to Pilates when she had her children. Like so many women, her body had changed and she was looking for something that felt right. What she found was something she hadn't expected: not just a form of exercise, but a way of moving with real intention, understanding her body, and feeling stronger from the inside out. She loved it enough to train as an instructor, not because it seemed like a logical career step, but because she wanted to share what it had done for her. That is exactly what she brings to Pilates here at the studio in Fordingbridge.
The class is listed as intermediate, but that word can be misleading. It is not about difficulty. It is about already having some understanding of how to connect to your core and engage it properly before you move. When you get that right, everything changes. Your posture improves, your movements become more controlled, and your body starts to feel more capable in everyday life, not just during the session itself.
