A beautiful weekend of teaching MIngyur Rinpoche’s AAM programme in Sussex with my dear friend Kunsang Palmo . Together with our wonderful community we explored how to meet the present moment with kindness and curiosity and how to connect to who we really are , our innate qualities of awareness , love , compassion and wisdom . On the last evening Kunsang and I were invited to the birthday party of one of our participants Birgit and it was the perfect way to end Kunsang LA’s time in Sussex in a beautiful barn overlooking miles of countryside with lovely people and the most exquisite food .
