A date for your diary, dear friends!

The inimitable Julia, co-founder of is coming to The Seasons shop to share her story and knowledge about all things on Thursday 10th September.

Julia will be in store during the day for a drop-in Meet the Maker, then at The Remedy Corner for an interactive evening exploring Skin:Genius and the points that support how you actually feel, day to day. Headaches, digestion, energy. There are pressure points for all of it, and Julia's showing you how to use them.

Expect:

Behind every shop floor and every delivery run, there’s someone from The Seasons making it happen.

We need a Storeroom Supervisor in Lewes and a Delivery Driver in Forest Row. Full-time and part-time, different hours, same team spirit.

Storeroom Supervisor: full-time, weekends, £14.00/hour to start.

Delivery Driver: Fridays only, ~6 hours, 25+, full clean licence, £12.80/hour, start immediately.

No Little Bees Larder at Lewes Farmers Market for the month of August, as we will be out with the bees, harvesting and getting them ready for winter. However, you can still pick up a jar of two of our award winning honey from Middle Farm - full range; The Seasons Lewes and The Seasons Forest Row - core range. Staverton Nursery Runny and Softset Honey and One Garden Brighton - infusions.
See you all back on 5th September in Lewes and Fairwarp Village Market with our fresh summer crop of honey, which smells AMAZING!!

We got a lovely little shout out in The Times and Sunday Times this weekend. Their piece, by Hannah Summers, on exploring told readers to ‘swerve the Co-op and pick up your essentials from Seasons’ - which made our day!!!

Even better, we got to share the spotlight with some of the locals heroes we stock, Tablehurst Farm Plaw Hatch Farm and High Weald Dairy 🙌

That’s the whole point of The Seasons really, being part of something bigger than a shop 🌏🌱💚

Congratulations, Roisin! 💫

Roisin has just moved Wildling into her own custom-fitted brewery, horses keeping watch from the barn across the courtyard, and a walk-in chiller that’s making Robin super happy!! (the shelves at The Seasons will be overflowing with Wilding forever more) 🙌

Roisin gave us the full tour, including a hands-on look at raw - Somewhere between a science experiment and something alive, and yes, we touched it.

It’s a long way from where this all started: Roisin, a chemistry teacher, brewing water kefir in her own kitchen to help her daughter get well. That kitchen became the first Potion Shed, and Wildling has been growing from strength to strength ever since, including winning a Great Taste Award 🥇

She’s just secured new investment to make this next chapter possible, and we could not be prouder to have backed this drink, and this female-founded business, since the very early days.

At the opening, Roisin gave a shout-out to Robin and to all of you, the customers who’ve known from the first sip that Wilding is the real thing.

Congratulations again, Roisin. Here’s to the next chapter 💚🐴🌟

We moved the start time back a bit. Nobody wants to drink w**e before noon. Or admit to it 🍷😉

Sussex now makes almost 30% of all UK w**e and holds the only Protected Designation of Origin status in the country. This is proper, serious w**e, made twenty minutes from our door by a family who’ve farmed Ashdown Forest for twenty years 🍇💚🌱

Swift boxes went up on our shop wall yesterday!!!

Tom Forward (local ecologist, absolute legend, knows every bird in Forest Row by name basically) rocked up with two swift boxes under his arm. Built by hand by The Shed Forest Row, part of a bigger push from High Weald Swifts to get these things up in the right spots around the village.

Robin grabbed a ladder, Tom held the drill, and up he went on the shady side of the building. Job barely finished and swifts were already swinging past to check out the new digs 😃

Fingers crossed they move in properly and come back every summer.

Robin put out a bird bath too, adding an extra touch of luxury to our bird sanctuary 💫
