An informative workshop on the ‘why’s what’s when’s and where’s’
‘Why do I feel like this’
‘What can nature and natural products really do?’
‘When should I do this?’
‘Where can I do this….’

An introduction to nature connection and forest therapy with 2 invitations included in the session.

Workshop 2:
Mugwort and me.
Come and meet mugwort. A plant that used to grow in abundance in the hedgerow…. One that has both medicinal and spiritual properties galore.

What is included?
•2 nature connection sessions.
•Learn about its properties, different preservation techniques.
•PDF to remind you once home😉
•Your own ( chosen by you) mugwort plant from the Kraftery nursery to take home.
•Refreshments.

Book both workshops for £30. ( 4 workshops for £50)

Small groups, other days will be made available rather than enlarging groups.

Alternate 1:1 days available please contact.
