I hope you’ve all had a fantastic bank holiday weekend!

Today I just wanted to reach out to some of you that may be struggling with life, whether that may be money worries, work, relationships, grief, children, or perhaps all of the above!

Or maybe you feel stressed, anxious ,suffering with depression and do not know the underlying reason. (My first instance for the latter would be to speak to your GP if you have not already).

The fact is, we all struggle at some point of our lives and there is no shame in that whatsoever. It’s life! We have ups and we have downs. The important thing is that you acknowledge your feelings and whether you are able to find the strength to make changes, be it big or small it all starts with YOU. Because you are a wonderfully unique person.

Everyone deals with things differently, for me I have found listening to podcasts have been instrumental for me in processing certain things in my life, in particular she has covered so many topics and has guest speakers specialising in the topic of discussion.
I secretly love this woman!

You are all worthy of living a life you deserve.
