10 Laps. 10 Xercises.

You start on the track with your 400m or 800m run 🏃‍♂️
Then it’s into the infield through the Xercise Entrance…

➡️ X1 → back out
➡️ Run
➡️ X2 → back out
➡️ Run

And it continues… all the way to X10.

Every lap gets tougher.
Every Xercise tests you differently.

Then after Slamball Situps… you exit one final time and make your way around the track for that one last push to the finish line 🏁
