Hi all. Most of you know that I’ve been going to group personal training sessions at Blast Fitness since the Autumn – even though my yoga practice and teaching keep me flexible, it’s just as important to keep my muscles and bones strong with resistance training.
Unusually, Blast Fitness has a few spots free for the group PT sessions (maximum of 5 people per group). I can’t recommend Andy and Charlotte highly enough, the vibe is pretty much like my classes – mature people, a community, everyone working to improve or maintain their own level and we do put the world to rights while we’re lifting our weights (and there is a lot of laughter)!
