This is the most common thing I see in high-functioning women.

Extraordinary sensitivity to the energy around them.
Zero influence in their own.

Sign 1:
You feel someone else is struggling before they say a word, but you dismiss your own gut feeling because you can't justify it logically.

Sign 2:
You.know exactly what everyone aroundnyou needs, but you genuinely can't answer; "What do I actually want?"

Sign 3:
You.leave conversations, rooms, relationships feeling drained and you call it being caring.
Its isn't caring. It's energetic illiteracy.
You're fluent in them. You just haven't learned ti read yourself.

This isn't a personality flaw. It's a pattern. And it has a root.

When we find it, the sensitivity doesn't disappear.
It just finally starts working in both directions.
