Dear Patients - The quickest way to make a same day appointment is by using our online system tool - AskmyGP. You can find this by visiting our website www.caradocsurgery.nhs.uk On the home screen, simply click Get Help Now and follow the instructions. All you need is a valid email address. This option becomes available from 8am Monday-Friday so no need to call the surgery. Once submitted online you do not need to call the surgery to be added.
