Beautiful clinical end point after a session of microneedling. That erythema (redness of the skin) is indicating that we have triggered the skins healing response which is to induce inflammation & increased blood flow followed by fibroblast proliferation to produce new collagen and elastin. what does this mean for your skin? Such a lovely visit from in clinic. Sometimes I’m not the best at marketing my business. I get treatments in because I’m so passionate about them and their results but honestly? I’m not a saleswoman.
