The Cosy Baby Club The Cosy Baby Club supports parents with baby massage and Tree Baby sessions. What is Tree Babies? Tree Babies is an outdoor session for you and your baby.

Baby wearing in a sling or carrier is encouraged to support bonding and enhance the sensory experience for your baby.
~Tree Babies aims to help parents connect with nature.
~Connect parents with each other through building strong community.
~Creating space for parents to connect with their babies through bonding, touch and presence.
~Cultivate self care practices in nature to empower parents to in

corporate into their daily lives. During the session we will practice grounding and breathing techniques, awakening your senses, mindfulness practice, forest bathing, journalling, gratitude, nature mandalas and a tea ceremony. What is Forest Bathing? Forest bathing originates from Japan and is a direct translation of the term Shinrin-Yoku. Forest bathing is a way to connect with nature and the forest through all our senses that enable us to feel present, grounded and to facilitate healing. It allows us to connect with who we are in a natural setting. Studies show that from as little as 15 minutes of being in woodlands or forest can reduce blood pressure, stress levels and improve concentration.
