A few ways we could cross paths... ✨️

I'm really enjoying opening up my massage clinic again (now in Frome). I offer a range of treatments, including full body holistic deep tissue massage, combining many techniques learnt over the last 20 years. I started massage work when I was in my late teens 🤗
I also offer Mayan Abdominal Massage therapy, focusing on reproductive health and giving alot of nourishment to the core, an often over looked but fundamental area! And im trained in sacred womb massage too.

I have also just started offering holistic facials, using my own products.

I have limited availability for giving massage, as im balancing it with my other offerings and being a mum, but if your interested please be in touch, id love to find a way to nurture you!

Just made a batch of Artemis Rose perfumes. Each bottle is made to order, from scratch, with a hand rolled info sheet. Traditional blending techniques, and a design to draw out elemental archetypes and support the cycles as we move through them (think spring, summer, autumn and winter).

I was doing this batch after the Eclipse, at gone 9pm, while my partner was putting Ishka to bed (she took forever to get to sleep yesterday!)

If you have tried these yet, which season are you most drawn to? There is one blend that has been extra popular this month! Also I now have a mini kit where you can have all 4 in one neat apothecary box. I find im drawn to different ones at different times each month....

🌿Artemisia, my muse and companion🌿

I've wanted to connect with a local patch since moving to Frome ~ and today was the day!
This was thanks to my Mum, Celia, who remembered seeing some in this hidden away patch a few years ago. Well, Artemisia is still here and truly blossoming.

Ishka, Celia and myself enjoyed hanging out and foraging here. We saw some amazing dragonflies too. One of those blessed days.

The Artemisia gathered today will go into "Dreamers Anointing Oil", a dreamy massage oil to support relaxation, dreaming and the opening of your senses (great for enhanced sensuality).
Celia remarked, as we stood by the abundant bushes of Mugwort, how strongly it smelt. So strong, yes! Like you could get high from it. It's potent. You can really understand it's affinity with lucid dreaming when you smell and feel it, it has a very vivifying presence.

Just sharing a little bit of my morning with you. While I took this video my Mum played with Ishka (my almost-two-year-old) and stopped her from jumping in the river😅 Then we picked blackberries and walked home. Ishka is now asleep, so I can make this post before creating some product information files, creating a product hand out, packaging up an order and responding to emails. Hoping Ishka sleeps long enough for me to do this!

Theres soooo much that goes on behind the scenes as a self employed biz. And I dont employ anyone so i have to learn to do it all myself, along side full time Mumming.
Loads needs to happen in order for me to be able to dream up, harvest, create, label, sell, post and market my goodies for you. Honestly some days I think its a miracle! I am in awe of small biz owners making it work, because it really does take ALOT. But its so important to have us, because we bring bundles of heart to our work, and this is one of the most important ingredients - sorely lacking in so many areas...
