Sharing the Perks

As a nutritional therapist I have access to discounts for supplements and natural health products. If you are already a client of mine, you will have been issued a discount code to use at the Natural Dispensary. I am now also able to offer a 10% discount code to friends and followers of Nourish.

The dispensary stocks good quality products from many well-known brands, many of which are organic, all conveniently in one place; stored in a food safe warehousing facility so the products are not broken down/damaged by light whilst out on display.

They stock a variety of products such as supplements, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, toiletries, suncreams, even food products like gluten free bread, protein powders, snacks etc… I have been using them for 7 or 8 years and never let down by their service.

I’ve not posted for a while as this summer I’ve been taking my own advice. I will often advise clients to ‘connect more with nature’, ‘connect with their food’, ‘spend less time on screens’, ‘get outside as early as possible so the sunlight can reach the back of the eyes to support the pineal gland in regulating the body clock’.

So, this summer I’ve been doing just that; rather than spending my evenings writing FB posts I’ve been putting my energy into tending to my garden vegetables. Rather than watching TV until I’m overtired, I’ve been laying on the bed watching the sun go down, falling into a natural sleep as light changes over to dark. Rather than getting up and checking work emails before breakfast, I’ve been sitting outside drinking warm lemon water, helping my melatonin levels to switch off as early as possible.

I’ve always prided myself in the fact that I would never ask a client to do what I’m not prepared to do myself. I’m still here, Nourish appointments are still available, I’m just authentically practising what I preach. 💚
