Welcoming in another month, and as the Wheel of the Year turns, blink, we are heading into Autumn 🍂

2026 hasn't been easy for most, with unexpected challenges and curved balls that have potential to knock us off balance 🙃

Often we don't realise the weight of the circumstances we have found ourselves in or the emotions we have been harbouring or carrying 😳

Autumn is a time of review combined with a period of natural shedding and slowing down 🍁

Experiencing a Healing session can ease, and often help get you feeling back on track and more like yourself again 🥰

Every body can benefit from an infusion of focused energy healing especially after or during challenging times 💕

Each session is tailored to you and your circumstances 😊

Summer season is supposedly here 😅

The weather doesn’t seem to know what it’s doing and the past few weeks have been tumultuous and sometimes extreme 😳

The energies of the past month have been equally tricky 😥

How are you doing? 🤔

2026 has been a rollercoaster for many, including myself 🥰

It’s important to prioritise some Self care in daily habits and routines especially during the most challenging of circumstances 😔

It doesn’t have to be complicated, simple strategies are often the most effective 🥰

If you are looking for some solace and a sanctuary the healing space I have created in my home in Galston, and the healing experience I facilitate, are an opportunity to rest and receive 🥰

Maybe it’s time to stop putting it off and get booked in 😊

Looking ahead to next month I have a couple of workshops scheduled in Kilmarnock, with Alexander Waddell of of Mind Body Spirit for those interested in learning more about Spirituality, healing and crystals 💎

Hi everyone

2026 has been filled with challenges so far 😅

Whilst I may have seemed quiet on the surface, it’s all been happening behind the scenes 😬

Jenny broke her hip in February and that has shifted my priorities, and capacity, to focus on family first and foremost 🩷

Thank you to everyone for their patience and understanding when I have had to cancel appointments or not having availability 😓

Thankfully Jenny is making steady progress 🙏🏼

Let’s now set the intention for April bringing more balance, healing and stability for us all 🙌

In Spring we start to look outwards, contemplating and considering what needs done on the outside and get so busy sometimes we forget to do the Inner work😅

Healing sessions are like a deep clean for the Soul 🥰

Clearing out the energetic clutter that may have been collected from those around you or the situations and circumstances you may be going through or have gone through 😰

Leaving you feeling lighter, brighter and more balanced within and more able to manage the Outer World 😬

An energetic Spring clean to refresh, retune and recalibrate your energy is often the helping hand you didn’t know you needed 🥰
